Job Description
Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with applicable nursing standards and regulatory requirements. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in the delivery of direct resident care.
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing and currently licensed by the state
- Must be able to supervise other employees and work cooperatively to obtain resident care objectives
- Must be able to interact positively with residents, families, and regulatory agencies, and work collaboratively with employees at all levels
