Senior Client Success Manager

We are looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to lead and develop a portfolio of clients across Europe. The role is remote with the possibility to relocate to Barcelona.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing mobile performance-based user acquisition campaigns on programmatic
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to develop strong relationships with your clients in English
• Analytical, with a deep understanding of cohort analysis and customer acquisition metrics including ROAS, CPM, IPM, CPI, CPA
• Strong understanding of the mobile app industry: actors, media-buying, sellers, suppliers, MMP’s
• Proactive, disciplined, and highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely manner
