Job Description
Smallpdf is seeking a Business-Oriented Data Analytics Lead to transform data into strategic business outcomes. The role involves leading the transition from reactive reporting to a proactive, data-driven culture, establishing AI usage, and improving data literacy within teams. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver and a team builder, focused on generating insights and actionable strategies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Analytics, Insights, or Business Intelligence
- Strong track record of turning data into business outcomes
- Experience in commercial analytics, consumer insights, or data consulting
- Leadership experience in growing and managing data teams
- Familiarity with data platforms and engineering principles
- Degree in Business Engineering, Economics, Marketing Intelligence, or similar
