Customer Enablement Specialist (Training & Client Education | Remote LATAM)

We're hiring a client-facing training professional to help customers learn and confidently use our platform. Deliver onboarding and training sessions, guide clients through product usage, and help customers become confident users.

Requirements

• Deliver onboarding and training sessions
• Guide clients through product usage
• Help customers become confident users
• 2+ years of experience delivering training, onboarding, or customer education sessions
• Experience leading live sessions, workshops, or presentations
• Strong ability to explain processes, tools, or platforms clearly
• Excellent communication skills suitable for U.S.-based clients
• English level: C1 or C2 (required)
• Reliable internet and professional remote setup
