Job Description
Smart & Biggar is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist (Trust Administration) to join their National Finance Team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with strong expertise in trust administration and accounting, and is committed to accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client service.
Requirements
- Accounting and/or finance education
- 5+ years related work experience in accounts receivable
- Proficiency in French and English
- High proficiency with MS office, familiarity with Elite 3E is a plus
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Great attention to detail, highly motivated and proactive
