Requirements

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on commercial foodservice equipment
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to read diagrams and schematics
• Willingness and ability to be involved with the emergency on-call rotation
