Inside Sales Representative

Smart Care is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to identify and qualify prospective customers, build relationships, and generate sales opportunities to support revenue growth. The role involves integrated outreach activities, lead generation, and hand-off to field sales representatives.

Requirements

• Build relationships with key decision makers of prospective customers
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads within assigned target segments
• Develop a thorough understanding of assigned target segments and buyer personas
• Actively conduct lead generation activities to maximize market exposure and identify opportunities
• Identify and qualify the prospect’s needs, budget, timelines, business issues and obstacles for thorough hand off to field sales representatives
