Requirements

• 3+ years of hands‐on experience in Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and mechanical repair skills.
• Technical training through apprenticeships, RSES, trade school, or equivalent experience.
• EPA Certification and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience working with a variety of refrigerants.
• A commitment to quality, strong problem‐solving abilities, and a customer‐focused mindset.
