Corporate Counsel (39761)

We are seeking a talented and adaptable Corporate Counsel to join our Legal Department. This is an in-house generalist commercial counsel role: you will partner closely with teams across the business to enable strategic initiatives, negotiate and manage risk in commercial transactions, and provide practical day-to-day legal guidance.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school with an active bar license in good standing
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience, ideally in-house or in a fast-paced firm environment
• Demonstrated experience advising on data security and privacy
• Exceptional contract drafting and negotiation skills with sharp attention to detail
• Experience with privacy program operations (e.g., DPAs, vendor assessments, data mapping), security addenda, and regulatory frameworks such as CCPA and TCPA
