Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at our children's homes in Northampton. The role involves providing guidance and support to staff and young people, leading shifts, and carrying out administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a NVQ Level 3/Diploma or equivalent in a childcare qualification, previous supervisory experience, and experience working with children and young people with emotional, social and behavioural difficulties.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3/Diploma or equivalent in a childcare qualification
- Previous supervisory experience
- At least 2 years of experience working with children and young people with emotional, social and behavioural difficulties
- Excellent communication, leadership and administrative skills
- Full UK driving licence (desirable)
