Seeking an Executive Assistant to support a media team for a market research company. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of related experience, be highly organized, and have excellent written communication skills.
Requirements
- Schedule all international and domestic travel arrangements as needed for the Division Leader and team Executives
- Coordinate calendars and meetings for multiple Executives as needed
- Screen telephone calls, review mail and field miscellaneous requests
- Create expense report for multiple Executives including reimbursement and reconcilitation
- Manage other support for the Executives
- Coordinate office services with other admins
- Support special projects as needed to include event planning
- Handle floor plans and all office moves for the Media Team
- Handle all new employee set-up and departing employee asset retrieval
- Prospect for new business using various tools and methods, including cold-calling
- Provide face to face sales presentations to potential customers
- Identify and secure new business relationships within assigned territory
- Understand market conditions, competitive activity and consumer preferences
- Maintain knowledge of our product lines & available service offerings
- Meet or exceed sales targets
