Account Executive

SmartAsset is an online destination for consumer-focused financial information and advice. The Account Executive sales team is a group of inside sales professionals and sales managers located across the country, and we are adding to our team as the company works to add new business to our fast growing client base.

Requirements

• Comfortability working in a high volume activity/sales environment and being on monthly quotas
• Identifying and developing potential new clients through prospecting and cold outreach
• Providing detailed information to prospective customers and educating them on the features and benefits of SmartAsset’s platform
• Having a consultative approach with clients by understanding their business needs, explaining ROI and having a strong closing approach
• Owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
• Becoming an expert in the financial advisor industry to better help identify strong advisor prospects who will be a good fit for the Smart Advisor platform
• Collaborating with company leadership to vet and research different strategies for generating more revenue
• Operating with a high level of integrity and able work within organizational Rules of Engagement
• Staying organized, maintaining contacts and outreach in Salesforce
