Revenue Associate

We are looking for a dedicated and committed Revenue Associate to provide accurate and timely banking and tenant payment recording, as well as other administrative support services.

Requirements

• Completion of college or university degree in a field that emphasizes analytical skills such as Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in handling commercial tenant rent payments (post-dated cheques, electronic funds transfer, pre-authorized deposit etc.) with basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong proficiency in Micorsofr Office applications (experience with Yardi is a plus).
