IT Manager (Based in Hanoi or Danang)

SmartDev is seeking an IT Manager to operate and progressively upgrade internal IT systems. The role involves standardizing system operations, establishing clear structures of ownership, and building an IT foundation that operates stably and consistently as the company grows and evolves.

Requirements

• Experience in management or end-to-end IT operational responsibility
• Deep understanding of infrastructure, operations, and security
• Ability to bring structure into a growing or changing environment
• Strong English communication skills
