Senior Director of Delivery Services

SmarTek21 is seeking a Senior Director of Delivery Services to lead global client delivery operations across multiple accounts, programs, and geographies. The role requires deep consulting experience, strong delivery execution, and proven ability to manage global delivery organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in consulting services and delivery leadership within IT services or professional services environments
• Proven experience operating as a senior consulting leader advising executive stakeholders and shaping complex solutions
• Demonstrated success leading consultants, architects, pre-sales, and program management teams
• Demonstrated success managing global onshore and offshore delivery organizations
