Maintenance Technician - Apartments & Houses $25-30/hr

Smartland is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our homes and apartments in top condition while ensuring every resident feels comfortable, safe, and truly at home.

Requirements

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance issues.
• Turn vacant units quickly and to company standards.
• Handle urgent maintenance requests and participate in on-call rotations.
• Record work orders, photos, and parts used in our mobile app.
• Maintain property exteriors including grounds, landscaping, gutters, siding, and other outdoor areas to ensure curb appeal and safety.
