Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to help our largest and most innovative customers execute, optimize, and scale campaigns across paid social and programmatic media. As a Customer Success Associate, you will partner with Customer Success Managers and GSA Leads to deliver strategic and operational excellence for enterprise customer accounts, support customer onboarding and training, and conduct campaign analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, media operations, customer success, or marketing analytics
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, or other business intelligence and visualization tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Growth mindset, curious, proactive, and eager to deepen expertise across multiple digital ecosystems
