Client Delivery Manager

The Client Delivery Manager oversees end-to-end delivery across Media, Creative, Smart Services, Creative Delivery, and SparkWorks, ensuring projects move from planning to execution smoothly and on schedule.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years in digital advertising (must have media background — social/programmatic)
• Flawless written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and managing project data
• Excellent time management, coordination, and prioritization skills
• Great attention to detail, highly organized, self-starter
• Ability to negotiate and deliver difficult news to clients/stakeholders
