Job Description
We are looking for a Creative Specialist to help designers elevate their creative workflows through advanced tooling and empower them to adopt new technologies. As the main subject matter expert on Smartly's Creative Suite, you will deliver expert training, support strategic customer conversations, and ensure seamless integration with industry-standard design tools.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience as a designer
- Strong expertise in digital advertising, graphic design, UI/UX, illustration, or motion design
- Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, and familiar with HTML5 and other creative tools
- Proven experience delivering creative or technical training to advanced learners
- Clear communication and demo of complex creative concepts to experienced designers
- Experience with LMS platforms or content creation tools (a plus)
