Customer Success Intern

Smartly is excited to announce their Summer 2026 Internship Program for Customer Success Interns. The program provides structured learning, hands-on experience, and meaningful exposure to Customer Success at a fast-growing technology company. As a Customer Success Intern, you'll gain foundational knowledge across the digital advertising ecosystem, Smartly's platform, enterprise customer strategy, and commercial account management while working alongside cross-functional teams that support some of the world's top advertisers.

Requirements

• A full-time rising junior or senior enrolled at an accredited 4-year college or university, or are a recent graduate
• Pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Enjoy working collaboratively and learning in a fast-paced environment
