Job Description
Smartly is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead their AI Foundations team, focused on solving complex machine learning problems and developing proprietary models for AdTech use cases. The role involves leading a multidisciplinary team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Software Engineers, ensuring compliance, and driving innovation in AI and Data Science applications. This is an opportunity to contribute to the company's leadership and evolution within the creative adtech space.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in building services and products.
- 5+ years of experience in applying machine learning to real-life problems.
- 3+ years of experience in leading teams.
- Competent with key technologies in ML (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Python, SQL).
- Experience delivering scalable ML systems in production.
- Pragmatic mindset focusing on customer value.
- Curiosity and a drive to learn.
- Understanding of security and compliance.
- Master’s/Ph.D. in a relevant field (Math, CS, AI, Physics, ...).
