Product Designer

SmartRecruiters is seeking a Product Designer to translate complex problems into a clear, thoughtful experience, working closely with PMs, Engineers, and Designers to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products for web and/or mobile
• A portfolio demonstrating strong interaction and visual design skills
• Experience contributing to end-to-end design work from discovery to delivery
• Familiarity with user research methods and ability to incorporate feedback effectively into design decisions with a clear point of view
• Ability to design beyond the happy path, considering edge cases and more
• Experience working closely with product managers, engineers, and designers
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially with presenting work
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative product development environment
