Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing complex digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, systems thinking, and product impact
• Proven experience driving user research and translating insights into product decisions
• Ability to define interaction patterns and contribute to scalable design solutions
• Strong product sense with experience collaborating on roadmap planning
• Excellent communication skills, especially with presenting design decision to stakeholders
• Experience designing in enterprise SaaS or similarly complex product environments
