Developer Relations Engineer

SmartSuite is looking for a Developer Relations Engineer to become a technical authority on SmartSuite's APIs and integration capabilities. The role involves guiding and troubleshooting complex integrations, creating high-quality developer-facing assets, and influencing the platform's developer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with APIs, integrations, or developer-facing platforms in production environments
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON data models, authentication patterns, and webhook-driven systems
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
• Experience providing technical guidance to developers, partners, or technical customers
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and customer-facing teams
