Job Description
We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Engineer to support new and existing business by demonstrating SmartSuite's platform across complex, enterprise use cases — with a strong focus on GRC and IT Service Management (ITSM). The role involves partnering with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, design solutions, and deliver compelling demonstrations that show how SmartSuite can support GRC, resilience, ITSM, PMO, and business operations workflows.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar pre-sales role in B2B SaaS
- Strong working knowledge of GRC processes (risk management, compliance frameworks, audits, controls)
- Experience with ITSM concepts such as incident, problem, change, and service request management
- Ability to demonstrate and explain solutions across GRC, ITSM, resilience, PMO, and business operations platforms
- Hands-on experience delivering tailored demos and supporting customer proof-of-concepts
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Experience supporting both new business sales cycles and existing customer expansions
