Job Description
We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS Cloud Platform) with deep experience running multi-tenant SaaS platforms at scale to own and evolve the cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability stack that powers SmartSuite.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a DevOps, Platform, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure role, with significant time owning production environments (not just supporting them)
- Hands-on experience operating and scaling a multi-tenant SaaS platform in production (e.g., high-availability, high-throughput workloads across many customers)
- Deep AWS expertise, ideally with many of the following: ECS, Lambda, VPC, S3, IAM, SQS, CloudWatch
