Job Description
We are looking for a Country Finance Controller to strengthen our team, responsible for financial control, transparency, and effective management of the company's operational activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in finance, including 2-3 years in leadership positions
- Experience working in international companies or businesses with complex corporate structures
- Deep knowledge of Ukrainian tax law
- Experience of passing external and internal audits (Big4 - preference)
- Experience of building budget models, P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet
- Practical experience in implementing or developing ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics - preference)
- Experience working in the investment or financial sector
