Job Description
Maintains the Management office and control day-to-day operations of the Property. Manages staff, processes invoices, tracks maintenance calls, and coordinates relationships with clients and vendors.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of maintaining building facility
- Hands-on experience with MEP
- Engineering/Technical degree or diploma
