Job Description
SMBC Group is seeking an Operational Risk and Non-Financial Risk Management Specialist - AVP Level to support the development and maintenance of the bank's risk management framework.
Requirements
- Identify, assess, review and report operational risks, losses and issues
- Support team in conducting Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) and Scenario Analysis
- Monitor the Key Risk Indicators
- Draft and edit operational risk policy and procedures for the Bank
- Prepare management information reports/presentations
- Carry out a variety of activities as required, involving conducting analysis and liaison, in order to support on-going initiatives as well as monitoring.
