Vice President - Manager - Operational Risk Management (m/w/d)

We're looking for a Vice President for our Operational Risk and Resilience Department to join our team. The role will support assessing regulatory requirements and interpreting their implications for policies and frameworks related to Operational Resilience including ICT Risk and Third Party Risk Management.

Requirements

• Supporting the team in designing, developing, implementing and maintaining the second line Operational Resilience, ICT Risk and Third-Party Risk Management frameworks in line with regulatory requirements and best practices
• Review and challenge the Operational Resilience, ICT Risk and Third-Party Risk Management Framework owned by the first line of defence
• Assess the design and operating effectiveness of Operational Resilience, ICT Risk and Third-Party Risk control measures
• Advise on risk appetite and measures specific to Operational Resilience, ICT Risk and Third-Party Risk in line with the organizations risk appetite framework
• Support in the second line review of the planning, execution, results and reports of Digital Operational Resilience Testing including threat-led penetration testing (TLPT)
• Monitor compliance with internal (Policies, Standards) and external (Regulations) requirements
• Support in preparing management information reports/presentations to ensure that management have the relevant information needed to support operational and strategic decision-making
