Plan and coordinate Human Resources related initiatives, develop and implement Human Resources related projects to boost employee engagement, and formulate strategic plans to promote effectiveness of governance oversight and controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in the Banking and Finance sector
- Experience in managing Human Resources and planning related matters
- Well-versed in Human Resources related activities/processes
- Demonstrated experience in employee engagement and DE&I related initiatives/activities
- Sound knowledge of Human Resources practices, HR analytics, banking operation, compliance, regulatory, and internal control issues
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving and logical reasoning capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- Strong collaboration and team playing abilities, with an ability to manage projects and work with cross-functional teams across different countries
- Proactive with adaptability to change, and ability to implement innovative and value-adding initiatives with a strong drive for continuous improvement in strengthening quality of controls
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (verbal and written) including excellent presentation skills, effective cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management capabilities
