Director, Enterprise Architect

This Director, Enterprise Architect role is responsible for the overall enterprise architecture strategy, overseeing the IT landscape of an organization to align it with business goals. The role involves designing system target architecture, establishing EA frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation. The position requires close collaboration with IT and business teams, as well as leadership in managing a team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with min. of 15 years of experience in solutioning for large complex programs with experience in banking solutions.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale enterprise IT systems and banking applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior management effectively.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and services.
• Familiarity with core banking systems, digital banking platforms, payment gateways, and cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in designing scalable, secure, and compliant IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge in security standards and practices, experience in design the solution to meet the security requirement.
• Ability to assess complex IT environments and propose effective architecture solutions.
• Strategic thinking and innovation to improve IT capabilities.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and projects, ability to foster collaboration between IT and business units.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, and fintech innovations relevant to banking.
