Vice President, Global Trade Finance, Strategic Business Planning & Promotion

Develop strategic materials, conduct industry research, and collaborate with internal teams to formulate actionable strategies in trade finance and adjacent businesses. Create high-quality pitch books and proposals for clients, and support front-line sales teams with customized solutions and market insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in trade finance, corporate banking, investment banking, research/consulting firms, or related areas.
• Solid understanding of trade finance products, market trends, customer financials, and regulatory requirements in the APAC region.
• Business fluency in both English and Japanese.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and mentor junior team members.
