Job Description
The Japan Research Institute (JRI) Limited is seeking a VP, Senior Project Manager to lead IT projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of IT project management experience within the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, compliance frameworks, and both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams with proven leadership and influencing skills
- Proven experience in vendor management, with a focus on negotiation and ensuring quality deliverables
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications strongly preferred
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and manage competing priorities
