Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Business Consultant with 1–2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you’ll support clients post-implementation by delivering ongoing assistance, enhancements, and small-to-mid-sized projects across a variety of Salesforce products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of Salesforce experience in an analyst, administrator, or consultant capacity.
- Demonstrated experience with functional configuration (objects, flows, permissions, automation).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and comfort with data sets, imports, and transformations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
