Job Description
The IT Business Systems Analyst will work within our ServiceNow ecosystem, troubleshooting system issues, developing enhancements, and conducting in-depth analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze and troubleshoot software issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation such as user manuals, training materials, and technical specifications.
- Work with IT professionals to create or update software solutions based on business needs.
- Develop detailed requirements and use cases for software development projects.
- Research new technologies and methods to enhance business processes.
- Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completion.
- Create and present reports to executive team members and shareholders to support recommendations.
