Sales Development Trainee / Account Representative

The SMC Sales Development Program is a 12-week training program that provides training on the company's product line, sales strategies, and corporate culture. Trainees will participate in classroom-based and hands-on training, and will have the opportunity to build relationships with various departments at headquarters. The program is designed to prepare individuals for a career in outside sales with SMC Corporation of America.

Requirements

• Two (2) year Technical degree or equivalent work experience, four (4) year degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in the use of computers and ability to learn new programs and tools as required
