Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, business administration, economics, or real estate economics
• 3-5 years of professional experience in real estate valuation
• Knowledge of the Swiss real estate market
• Strong analytical skills, interest in data management
• High level of engagement and self-motivation
• Secure verbal and written language skills in German, English, and French
