Job Description
The Manager, Solution Architecture role is responsible for planning, directing, and managing the activities of the assigned Solutions Architect team while providing hands-on architecture leadership across strategic implementations. The role combines people leadership with technical architecture oversight, supporting implementation teams through architecture guidance and escalation management.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or enterprise platform delivery
- 3+ years of people leadership or team management experience
- Strong experience with modern cloud-native architecture and deployment practices
- Experience designing and troubleshooting data ingestion and processing pipelines
- Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards
- Experience working with enterprise databases
