AI & Automation Solutions Architect

Smile Doctors seeks an AI & Automation Solution Architect to join their growing team. The role involves developing solutions involving AI and automation to drive accelerated results for the business. The successful candidate will design and implement AI agents, copilots, and automation workflows, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Requirements

• Design and implement AI agents, copilots, and automation workflows
• Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems and data sources
• Partner with third-parties or internal teams to build and maintain reusable components, APIs, and integration patterns for automation platforms
• Configure and develop automation workflows
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards
• Write scripts and code for data processing, orchestration, and automation logic
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize performance of deployed solutions
• Partner with department leaders to assess current workflows and identify areas for AI-driven improvement
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for AI and automation initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee vendor performance, manage SLAs, and ensure compliance with security and governance standards
• Define and enforce standards for automation development, testing, and deployment
• Implement monitoring and reporting for automation performance and ROI
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and responsible AI principles
