Smile Doctors is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator I to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, administrative experience, and a passion for delivering world-class patient care.

Requirements

• Greet and receive customers, determines nature of visit, and notifies appropriate team member(s)
• Perform various administrative duties
• Verify insurance information
• Notify clinicians of patient arrival and readiness
• Make appointments for returning patients as necessary
• Update charts and patient information
• Drive internal marketing initiatives and foster participation from everyone
