Smile Doctors seeks a Salesforce Platform Specialist to join their growing team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administration, operational support, and continuous improvement for the organization’s Salesforce ecosystem.
Requirements
- Serve as the day-to-day technical point of contact for the Salesforce delivery vendor
- Translate business needs into well-defined user stories/requirements and acceptance criteria
- Provide platform support across Development, QA/UAT, and Production
