Job Description
Smile Doctors is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients, work out financial arrangements, and cultivate strong relationships. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience in sales or a service industry.
Requirements
- Present orthodontic treatment plans and educate patients on the plan of treatment
- Understand the practice's policy on working with financials and educate patients on payment options
- Work pending reports and follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment
- Prepare for patient exams
- Follow up with patients to set up consultations or begin treatment
- Coordinate patients referred to specialists for care prior to treatment
- Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events
