Treatment Coordinator

Smile Doctors is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join their growing team, responsible for educating new patients, working out financial arrangements, and cultivating strong relationships. The ideal candidate is outgoing, approachable, and empathetic, with excellent written and verbal skills and a minimum of one year experience in sales or other service industry. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College education preferred
• Minimum one (1) year experience in sales or other service industry required
• Bilingual a plus, but not required
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers
• Excellent sales skills
• Ability to talk to a person, not at a person
