Cardiovascular Ultrasound PT Adjunct Faculty/ Echo Lab

To provide high-quality instruction and guidance to students in the cardiovascular ultrasound discipline. The Cardiovascular Ultrasound Faculty / Echo Lab will deliver effective instruction that aligns with the approved syllabi, guidelines, and program standards, while collaborating with fellow department team members.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of related practical work experience in the subject area(s) taught
• Related degree at least at the same level as the course the faculty member is teaching
• Current certification(s) with American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography license or CCI
• CPR/BLS certifications
• Knowledge of ECG, Stress Echo and Pedoff probe scanning procedures
• Sound knowledge and understanding of the professional career paths and demands of employers in the field(s) in which they teach
• Strong technical skills including all computer applications, internet research, database management, and analytical skills
