Job Description
SEK is seeking an experienced Audit Supervisor (State & Local Government) to assist the client relationship manager in overseeing audit and financial reporting for local governments. The role involves leading audit engagements, preparing financial statements, supervising and mentoring team members, and ensuring regulatory compliance. It requires collaboration across multiple office locations and team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting
- Minimum of 4+ years of audit experience, preferably with a focus on governmental audits
- CPA License achieved or in process of achieving
- Supervisory experience
- Strong community orientation
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to deal with confidential information
