Bookkeeping and Payroll Specialist

Requirements

• Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• Accounting experience preferably in a public accounting environment
• Experience reconciling bank accounts and maintaining a general ledger
• Experience preparing payroll, payroll taxes, quarterly returns and W-2s
• Proficiency with Excel required
• Ability to deal appropriately with confidential information and to demonstrate a high level of professionalism
• Detail orientation with strong organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills
