Job Description
Reconstruction Sales Representative at Smith+Nephew, a purposeful company that enables others to live a #LifeUnlimited. The role involves making sales calls, providing clinical case coverage, and training surgeons on Smith+Nephew products.
Requirements
- Technical expertise in the Orthopaedic Joint Reconstruction portfolio
- Ability to build positive relationships with surgeons, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and hospital administration
- Develop an effective territory business plan to generate revenue and meet/exceed your quota
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum (2) two years sales experience in medical device industry preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically selling orthopedic products
- Proven track record selling/converting business at the surgeon or hospital level
- Experience leading/mentoring team members and new sales representatives
