Senior Human Factors Engineer

As a Senior Human Factors Engineer, you will lead human factors strategy across complex programs, influence product design, and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes within a highly collaborative, regulated environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, Industrial Design, Cognitive Psychology, Engineering or a related discipline
• 5 to 8 years of experience applying human factors or usability engineering within product development, preferably in a regulated industry
• Strong working knowledge of medical device usability standards and regulatory expectations
• Hands on experience designing, moderating and reporting usability studies
• Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently across multiple programs
