Job Description
As a Territory Development Representative, you will work with the Sports Medicine Sales Team to assist in providing clinical case coverage, securing inventory, and consulting with surgeons and hospital staff. You will be responsible for building relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and co-workers to provide data-driven solutions and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in medical device industry
- Preferred experience in healthcare industry, specifically selling orthopedic products
- Proven track record selling/converting business at surgeon or hospital level
- Experience leading/mentoring team members
